Paul studied architecture at the Southbank University graduating in 1999. Pre and post graduation he worked for Foster + Partners, working on various projects around the world.

Projects include, the SAGE Gateshead A1600 seat classic auditorium, 400 seat hall of a rehearsal space for the Northern Synfonia as well as a regional music school. Also Paul was job captain on the capital city academy, Brent, the first of a new type of upper school in the UK.

Before joining Hamiltons Architects he was working on the Winspear Opera House, Dallas, USA and was responsible for design and development of the main auditorium of the main foyer spaces.

Paul joined Hamiltons Architects in March 2004, and was made an associate in May 2006.
