Beam Reach

Rainham
The Easter Group

DESCRIPTION

Typical of the small scale industrial units that are needed throughout the UK, this scheme exemplifies the Hamiltons approach of combining simple but well detailed design with robust construction.

Beam Reach is one of the schemes encompassed by the London Riverside Regeneration Project and provides attractive workspaces for a variety of occupiers in this important corridor of the Thames Gateway. The development provides 22 high quality industrial units ranging in size from 230m2 to 2230m2.

The units are arranged in a series of four terraces of “spreading fingers” to respect and enhance the long views of the River Thames from the adjacent Rainham Marshes. In this way the site remains visually permeable from the principal points of observation –the riverside walkway and the marshes.
