Indescon Court

Indescon Court Phase 1

Indescon Court is a 2 acre site on the Isle of Dogs, just south of Canary Wharf. Phase 1 gained detailed consent in January 2007 and consists of 361 residential units sitting on 13,000ft™ of retail and commercial units, with basement car parking and a significant public garden for the whole of the quarter.

Eight storey buildings wrap around two sides of the public garden and are clad in randomly bonded terracotta tiles and terminate at each end with a fifteen storey tower. The fourth side of the garden will be enclosed by the second phase of the development which is currently at feasibility stage.

The project began on site in May 2007.
