DESCRIPTION

A major mixed-use scheme of 350,000m² designed to regenerate the area of Fulham Broadway Station and Stamford Bridge, providing a new focus for the neighbourhood. A brand new tube station was designed and constructed over the existing railway tracks converting the previous, listed ticket hall into a high quality restaurant.

A twelve screen cinema complex, supermarket, fourteen retail units, five restaurants, health club, and offices were included in this very successful scheme. Units are arranged along the Fulham Road frontage with a new internal street leading to the station.

On completion, this project won the Property Week Retail and Leisure Property Awards Best Mixed Use Leisure Scheme

The development comprises 35,000m™ of mixed use space with new underground station facilities, a twelve screen cinema, fourteen retail units, five restaurants, a health and fitness club and a business centre.

The cinema and supermarket occupy the rear of the site. Smaller retail and restaurant units are arranged along the Fulham Road frontage with the new internal street leading to the station. The shopping centre is still responding to its own success with bigger and better tenants changing the way that it is used.
