DESCRIPTION

The 50,000m™, 40 storey development consists of 22 levels of clear span office with signature E&O hotel of 136 rooms located above. The triple height open pool deck at level 40, with breathtaking sunset views across the city skyline, promises to be one of the cities’ social centres.

The offset cores positioned to the east and west minimize solar load on the building and provide separate entrances to the office and hotel through a 14 metre high open plaza lobby with lush gardens as a backdrop. A fully glazed coffee shop provides a meeting place for occupants and visitors and defines a destination within the city.

The breakdown of space animates the building facade with layered vertical glazed fins and sun screens preventing direct solar gain while directing natural daylight deep into the office floor plan. The building is designed to fully comply with future Malaysian energy codes.

The expressed cores contain all vertical movement with glazed lift cars and shafts delivering occupants to their desired floors providing both views across the city and constant animation to the building facade. Hotel guests are transported to level 25 main lobby by scenic lifts before transferring to local lifts serving room floors.

The triple height hotel lobby gives directed views from the lounge, bar and restaurant to the Petronas twin towers. Spa and gym facilities are located below the open air pool deck.
