A 28 storey, energy-efficient, landmark residential building in London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The development of 235 apartments includes affordable housing, retail and a public park. A smaller 6 storey block contains office accommodation.

The main building adopts an aerodynamic plan form, creating a striking new profile. At lower levels new buildings with green roofs and accessible terraces extend the neighbouring street frontages and mediate with the existing context and the taller building.

The form of the main building is expressed by alternating vertical bands of glazing and metal panels grouped into large screens, separated at the corners by balconies with curved glass fronts. The top of the building is profiled, with a series of roof terraces.

The building fabric is designed to be highly energy-efficient. Features include combined cooling, heat and power (CCHP), and solar heating for the office building.
